It voted Raise, but all depends on the situation and position like you said.

no matter what you have to raise raise raise, lost count of the amount of times ive seen people flat call hoping someone else raises and nobody does, then flop comes down 558 for example,u bet and run into the person sitting with 56 os when if you had raised he wouldnt be there, remember this, IS BETTER TO WIN A SMALL POT THAN TO LOSE A BIG POT so even if u raise and every folds u won little but this defo better option, also like many people said, depends on the table and also the buy ins and stage of tourny and wat site u play on,some sites you can say to people you have AA and they will still call u !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good luck

Yeah, you better raise each time, like 3-7 times, depending on the number of players limping and your position.
You can just call if you feel your table is hot (like a very aggressive table). Then when they raise your blind, you push all in, there is always a fish to call you with J10 ^^

raise queens 4.5 times the biglblind, kings and aces 3.5 times.
thats how i do to eliminate weak kings and aces vs queens.
but yet i didnt get the point of this poll?
why didnt you just ask?
lol

there is not a "perfect solution", it depends on to many things like position, game time path, and the players you are facing, but of course: RAISE

Its about position and the players involved, if you are in early and you have a maniac raising everything in late or middle then just calling may be the best option, let him raise for you etc. If you have a lot of loose players then a heavy raise may be the best option - Position and a good idea of the rest of the players at the table is the best way to deduce a good play for your cards, other than that your standard 2/3/4, 3/4/5 raise is the way to go...

Although it depends on the table and your chips,i think best option is to go allin as it will decrease the no of people that call and thus increase your chances of winning.

i hace voted for raise with i belive you should do but there are times when i just call... let me explane.
if im relitivly short stacked and there are lots of players with big stacks (chances are im gonna get at least 1 or 2 callers with much weaker hands, maybe A10 or as low as A2) this is inevitable so i'll call and try to see the flop. if a A comes i can fold to stay in the tour. Blink

raise, in order to cut down the competition. Big pocket pair isn't likely to improve on flop

Usually i always raise 3 times the big blind if there arent any raises. If there is a raise i double the raise. Then in the flop I bet or go all in it depends of my stack, if I have a low stack I go all in, if not I bet pot and a half probably! But there isnt a correct way, there are a lot of correct ways to play it!

If I hold QQ or KK, raise to 3x, 4x is a must because I don't want to play flop if A appear, but if I hold AA, maybe a min-raise is enough. I never call BB with AA but I may call a bet

always it is beter raise and get little profit instead of min raise or bet and get track hand even with AA KK QQ, thats sure if u have AA KK and on table it is QQX itis hard decision, depend on how u know player with You playing with, right? he can have it but also he can bluff with 88 or something
