rakebacks the small amount of the pot the dealer takes after every hand in a cash game, or say you enter a $5 tourny you have to pay $5.40 so the .40 is rake, i think thats the way it works anyway, i dont bother with it, its more for the big boys i think. .

That is the rake. Some rooms offer to give something of that money back to the players. Thats rakeback.
Those offers are rarely direct from the pokerrooms. Most of them come from affilates. BRM has also some on offer.
