so they will just change name of holding, but all sites under them will stay with names that they are years on market? dont know what this change will bring to name and what this evoke mean, but dont know why now after so many years! its another thing when some company buy another one, but they change name of holding and all famous site under name will have same names!

This does seem like unnecessary rebranding that is probably expensive and I don't know what it really accomplishes. But I don't know really know anything about their specifics.
