Answer is normal, you just dont understand it! I cant see what options are because I dont have enough for cashout! If you dont have 10000 points option, then you must do every week 1 cashout!

Maybe for serbia! Why the hell would you transfer money from skrill to bank? Make deposit to some local site and then make cashout from them and pick up money in their shop or on card! Very easy! Mozzart, max bet, somebody must use skrill as deposit! Who the hell would give bank so much money!

a few years ago, when poker sites started to block me, I had a few hundred euros left in my Skrill account and I decided to withdraw that money to my account in a bank, I received a call to go to the bank and explain to them where the money came from , after several hours of arguing, I gave up and the money is still in the bank and they won't pay me

Skrill has so many options for cash out. You cod havebeasily requested a cash out in a prepaid card. But why even doing that when you can get a Skrill card and cash out in any ATM you like.

I know that my country is not on the list, I have no need to lie, I have several friends who went to work and study in Slovenia and they ordered their card there and received it and are now using it

I can't say that I'm an expert, but I know how things are, if I was able to order their card, I would certainly withdraw my money at an ATM, everything had to go through my bank like this and I got the money stuck there
