Downloaded the PNR sw (yes, I run after freerolls ) .. It's not really important for me how the sw looks.. usually that is.. But c'mon they could ask some kid next door to design them a bit nicer looking poker room.. or one of them must have a nephew or a son/daughter of a friend who can use PhotoShop, or Paint even... UGLYYYY!!!

Oh.. and while you're at it, please close my Action Poker account too. I beleive I once gave feedback on the amount of tournaments you have there.
Same user name again (now I can't be 100% sure if the user name at PNR is actually paledos, might be paledo too, i'm sure you'll find it anyway OK).

I have only said what I think of the looks of the room (my opinion only), i admit that the topic could be nicer. I have nothing against the room itself, the sw is from APN so it it must be good. AP main room has always been one of my favourites, as I have stated on this forum more than once (only, of course would like to see more MTT's).
My only reason to start this Thread was to get opinions on what people think, and as it is, more provocative your comment is the more people react (usually). And maybe if people would have stressed enough that they would like to see some changes in the appearance, it might have had some sort of an affect, since you follow the forums actively and also act not just follow.
I would have changed the topic but the 'edit' button seems to disappear after someone answers or something.. I think.
Sorry if I offended, was not my intention.

wow I would have thought that a poker room would responded a little better, but hey what do I know right?.....any way I have nothing against action or pay no rake,but it seems like,they do have some issues if you read a lot of the posts here,it seems every know then some thing happens at those sites....Im not saying there bad so I hope I dont get asked my poker id too just for posting a thought,I have an account with I site on that network I think, if it goes by tiger gaming too?....anyway I like playing there and have nothing bad to say about the network although they did cut back on there free rolls for the network, they used too have the nooner but they dont any more.......

I would have to agree, and I would also agree with the original posters view about the look of the site.
I've just signed to PNR to have a go at the freeroll and check out the site, and while the site's " ugly look " doesn't deter me from playing there Shaun's response definitely would.
However I also know that Shaun has dealt with other peoples problems and concerns ( when posted on this site ) in a very profession and considerate manor and would urge people to over look his rash response to the valid point made in this post.

I agree that he does deal with a lot, and with a lot of people, but that response just leaves a sour taste in my mouth and I dont even play on action or PNR..........

Action Poker room looks ok.. and as you said the looks don't matter that much, but of course it's nicer to play in visually pleasant room.. PNR does not look like Action at all actually. .

You have to understand. Shaun takes pride in his work. And when you insult his pokerroom like that, he's going to take offence to that. There are other ways to get your point across without the insults...

I take pride in my work but don not jump on the walls if i get critisized. Taking pride in ones work and not being able to handle negative feedback are two different ball games.
And I don't think Shaun is the one who designed the interior of PNR poker room anyways...
I red my comment over and over again.. but sorry, can't find the part where I insulted Shaun.

Just want to make clear that wasnt my intetion to insult you personally Shaun or the site.. The layout is simple as you intented. I trust that it is OK if we all do not like the same things and that it is OK to also bring our opinions to the public..
That's why you have more than one room I assume and we can choose from them the ones we like, but as said many times the way the site looks is not the most important thing.. but it's nice if it's nice.
I dont like PNR too. The withdrawal there is a hell, you first need to fill out a form that they can charge anytime your credit card and that you accept that. Also you have to send a copy of your credit Card, ID and electricity bill to get a withdrawal.
Then if you want them to delete that form, they say, ahhh as long you dont use your credit card nothing will happen. (Remember they have a copy of your credit card plus that form).
Traffic is also very poor there.
So all in all, no reason to play there. Since the rakeback is paid daily you dont have a real chance to receive 100% payback, in most cases just the lowest rate of 50%.
SO in my opinion no joy playing there, but everybody has to decide that for himself.

If some told a web-site that i have designed or a painting I have paineted is ugly as hell, I would take another look at it and think if there might be somthing i should change and if i come to the conclusion that i'm happy with it, i'd thank for the comment and tell it is exactly how it is supposed to be. And trust me this has happened many times. Sometimes i might change something and sometimes not. And sometimes it was ment to be ugly as hell to start with.
But we all have our own ways to deal with any kind of feedback. and that's the way it should be.. makes life more interesting.
and to my customers (even the smallest ones, as i'm to Shaun) i definetly would not tell to bug off and find another place to do business.. but again, no rule there either..
