Cool! Always love to read up on the WSOP. Definitely still on my bucket list! soon as i save up 20K for the trip and buy-in
On the topic: it's Poker, so no biggie, no shame in busting out with either hand. If you get such a hand on your first table, with still a full stack, or close to it, and you get the chance to double up, i'd say those odds are worth it. Would be a very comfortable position to see a lot of hands...
Yes, 10K is a lot for most of us, but of course most of the players participating can afford it...
Im confident i would have done the same in both hands ^.^

How unfortunate for this player who lost his entire stack in a single hand, but I think nothing can be done, it's a cool thing that any player would have eaten, but since it was the first hand one should have more suspicions about that, but In the end I will surely repurchase.

This is unfortunate for this player, losing his entire stack in a single hand, and I think it was the first, this does not happen very often, but in poker this can happen, now to buy back for sure and forget about what happened, this has to be overcome .

Well this is very brutal to lose in such anexpensive tournament in the very first hand this way. I hope these guys can recover from just dusting off 10,000 dollars in a few minutes of play.

I think no one wants to finish last in a tournament as big as this, besides losing it in your first hand of play, it sounds a bit unreal, but in poker that can happen normally to players, that's why you should stay focused and forget that's to avoid going into tilt.

Man this hand of set vs quads is ... What can I say . I feel pity for the guy that lost . So disgusting hand if you are the loser . Then I thought what about if he didn't have 88 . If he had JJ or AA . Then we would have a higher set over a set . But this quads dude is so unlucky . And it was at the start of the tourney , one of the first hands ?? What a way to lose 10k dollars in an instant.

Sometimes if you are not mentally prepared you can lose a lot more, but I think that when you mentally prepare for these things it makes you stronger and you assume it as something normal and that's it, you continue playing, in tournaments that always happens.
