I think GSP, still Penn has a lot mor technique in his fights, if GSP finds the opening he'll defenitly will be able to finish it. If the fight goes to the ground I think Penn has an advantage, but it's vegas :s so I don't think there will be many ground game, (maybe some ground and pound) cause the people who go look to this fights in vegas don't like the technical ground game. Still I would put my money on GSP.

whats this, ultimate fighting? thoughts its forbiden by now...if its the ultimate fighting im talking about lol. boxing ok, i my self have been kickboxing for over 12 years, but ultimate fighting...not my taste. is this brazilian style aka no rules - also biting in the nuts allowed?
hahaha your talking about brazilian bare knuckle cagefighting, now that's what I call brutal haha ultimate fighting is just MMA no biting in the nuts allowed haha It's gaining popularity and it has come a long way from the underground fights, kinda like poker but instead of having a bad beat, you get beaten up

I'm sure they fought before at UFC 58 didn't they? hmmm, I forget the outcome. If they're both on top form, it'll be down to who ever makes the first mistake.

@weakminded
I've been watching UFC right from the start UFC 1 1993 I think. UFC started as bare knuckle fight with allmost no rules. The tournament had no weight classes or weight limits and only limited rules like no biting or eye gouging. Now there are a couple of more rules that was not present at that time(fx kicking opponent in the head when he doesn't have feet on the mat is not allowed, no shoes, obligatory gloves, weight classes etc). It was started to find which martial art would do best of all. Some dude arranged this tournament with an open invitioan in a newspaper giving out 50.000$ to the winner. The Gracie family wished to show the world how supirior their martial art was and in purpose sent little brother Royce Gracie that they knew would be heavily underweight compared to the other competitors only to show domination. Only after Gracies consecutive wins UFC became what it is today, people realised that it didn't matter how good they were at boxing/kickboxing/mu-thai because unless you total KO opponent all fights end on the ground and nobody want to go to the ground with a Gracie not even after you got him groggy by out boxing him for the last 5 mins. This started the MMA that UFC is today, UFC fighters started training ground game, wrestling, grapling, boxing, kickboxing, conditioning etc instead of just training their 1 own martial art.
As you may sence im a big fan of UFC and my primary interest is in the jiu jitsu part that you rightfully mention people normally don't like....the technical ground game. People buuhh and think it's borring to watch but this is where the fight is won. Police, military and special forces all over the globe train this supirior martial art.
Edit:
@Joe
Yes they fought before can't remember which UFC number it was but GSP won by decision I think.
