So you did playtrhough with more then 5 dollar bets or some bets were bigger then 5 and it is considered breaking the terms of bonus and they nullified bonus. Limit of bets with bonus money is pretty common in bonus terms. You break the rules, they nullifie bonus, can not call it scam.
Did you read bonus terms before you started and they did add those terme later? Or you didnt read, terms where same and you just didnt know about them?

seems that he started with smaller amounts, then on bigger! they say in rules that you cant have bets bigger then 5 dollars, but he had buy in for 6, so per spin its much lower amount, so its not same when you have 1 spin with 6 dollars! but at least they could allow him to wager this amount again with smaller bets, no matter how much did he earned!

Lot of sites have this kind of rules, because they dont want to try bets like 20, 30 e and to maybe have luck to wager it easy! But for me buy in bonus isnt 6 dollar bet!
