Posted by antonis321: Now he has 47M subs . Not bad in only very few days . Eminem has 61M , I don't believe Ronaldo expects the YouTube money to make larger his wealth .
Also I read in the article that YouTube paid 2$ per 1.000 views per video . I don't believe that's true ..I think it's 1$/1000views/video , and in reality it's less nowadays , people skip ads , also they have ad block programmes , so YouTube earns less and therefore pays creators less
I think he sees his presence on YouTube as marketing platform for his products.

This player is incredible, his videos that he is uploading to the YouTube platform have over 30 million views, that is crazy, and the surprising thing is that he does it in a short time, he will continue setting challenges himself.

Ronaldo has always been the center of attention, and his YouTube channel is no different. It's no surprise that he gained millions of subscribers in such a short time, as he is not just an athlete but a global icon. What’s interesting, however, is that many of his videos are in Portuguese, which are then translated by an English narrator. This could be frustrating for those who would prefer to hear directly what he’s saying. At the same time, it’s understandable that Ronaldo would want to communicate with his fans in his native language. His channel is clearly another platform where he can further increase his already enormous income and popularity.

Ronaldo was and is a money-making machine... This man worked hard to have such performances and missing a penalty in the final of the Champions League in 2008 , did not affect him too much, to lose his confidence in his career. He continued and had superb performances.

Now less and less subscribe , I guess 60M at the most will be his total subs . Not bad , as many as Eminem's . Not bad at all . I see some channels which have a fun or entertaining content , about movies or movies clips or top 10 sth with 10 , 20 or 30 or more millions of subs . And you see on the other hand some very famous , world stars not being able to get not even 10 M subs , which I think is the minimum , if you want to consider yourself a world star and celebrity .

I think his videos are small . And very few . He could upload more videos from other platforms , videos from the past .
Btw I checked one video , one of the few that he speaks (not good) English . He was advertising the Red Sea , which is in Saudi arabia area . Of course he was paid to do sth like that . He is inviting everyone to come to the Red Sea . He was saying that everything is magnificent and beauty there , but I didn't see any such sightseeing or beautiful scenery at his video . And the beaches are below average .
I just watched a documentary about red sea (on Netflix) , no such a big deal . The seas are not so good , not many fish , no beautiful beaches etc etc . Why the fu** should we go to such a place with high temperatures and deserts . Lol . If Saudi Arabia oil princes or R7 pays this vacation , fine by me, I ll go !!! Lol

this player would have a lot to say if he did some documentaries. He is still a big star and he needs to take advantage of such opportunities to earn money for himself and his family.
