Whatever decision will be on end, one thing is sure, people will talk about this a lot! Who know who will win and who will get big payout from this! This can take a months, but we all know how much money he have and its not problem for him! He want to prove that he is right!

I hope you wins! I have been basicly been held against my will in a hospital here in Canada for over a year. I have personally seen what goes on inside hospitals. I too have endured many indignities. Nobody gives a SH$T about what a patient wants. It is only what the doctor says that matters. I beleave him when he say's he was abused! He has the ability to hold them accountable. Hope he takes it all the way.

Well I can totally respect your position. I know I am pre-disposed to be on his side because of my own very negative experience which I have and continue to be forced to endure here in this hospital. It's a long story but this is not the place for it. I just hope if they did do as he claims that the truth comes out and they are force to pay threw the nose as they say.
