You must drive real fast near spped cams. Drive with bald tyres. Have no screen wash. jump red lights. Place a finger on you nose pushing up slightly say "oink oink" whilst passng police cars. Now you have lots of points :}
if it is 50 points per referral, you need 1000 referrals? don't think i'll ever be able to get that lol, might just leave it with that and hope to crack the safe
