Coinflipping  0
Coinflipping, some hate it, some luv it.
I play sng, and in early stage i hate it, i dont want a coinflip.
I late stage i luv it, great way to get oponent out of the hand, they want to get ITM.
Great way to steal, most people dont want a coinflip at the bubble.

Good move (in my opinion) is when they attack ur BB not with a raise but they call from SB (everybody folds only SB calls ur BB).
If you go allin at that time 95% SB folds, great move when blinds are high Smile

Give ur opinion about coinflipping, you luv it? hate it? luv &hate it?

Coinflipping? Thats where half of the time you lose, and the other half your opponent wins?

I hate flipping, cause i simply can not win in those flips.

Thats crazy talk, thats not coinflipping its bad play.If the SB just calls then he is either a weak player or has bad cards either way you should be able to take him out without risking your whole stack, just a normall raise.
Coinflipping is a situation when you have approximately equal chances of winning the pot not being a bully.

Coinflip is nice when you are in lead with your hand and only with one opponent. If board gives nothing to anybody then Pot is yours. Usually opponent fold when u go allin unless he or she has strong starting hand. If he does it is not coinflip anymore if you bully in tables with any 2 cards.

lol !

in early stages its not necessary. but late in game with high blinds and if you have a low stack then there´s nothing better. in this case is a raise worthless in my opinion. better have em fold or a coinflip vs 1 opponent with an All in than to play vs 2-3 caller by a raise !?
well thats a scenario i would risk a coinflip anyways.

otherwise isnt AA KK all in also a coinflip? ok you assume you have the best hand but strictly speaking its a coinflip..no?

I don't mind flipping if I raised all in but I don't like calling for all my chips for a coin flip at best.

Nope. With AA you only have a flip, if the other guy has the other two aces. Usually you are at least a 3:1 favorite. I wouldn't call that a coinflip. Smile

I love it when I'm the agressor, but I hate it when somenone force me into this situation. But if you want to win a tourey, I think you should take this risk a few times to get to the final table.

Ok, where i play (PKR) it goes like this.
If SB just calls he is either a weak palyer or has bad cards, true.
A normal raise with good cards (me BB) wont do it, in many cases they call easy also with crap.
Many, many times they hit (or not), but they cant do the laydow after i bet the flop.
So in the past i did this play (like b1gfoot says) but didnt feel good about it.
Now i do it in many cases like this (not allways offcourse) and my results are much better.
I remember the only time i got called was by a slowplaying KK and JTs (a lost and a win).
So i can truelly say it must be sometin like 95%.

But yes you can call it bad play np Smile But my results are better, i am feeling more convident with this play so i am not gonna change it offcourse.
A good player on SB wud do a raise or fold in many cases.

Coinflipping? Love and hate it at the same time! When you go all in and there is a call...this is the greatest emotion of texas holdem Smile

@doomdy

You are not doing a coinflip if opponent folds, but if he calls and your chances of winning are equal.

I try to avoid coinflip cause I think im better than the average player at my level so I try to find spots where im ahead to get my money in.
