wont let me in?? Keeps saying error on username, no link to download software, strange. No live support either, id email but i know ill not get arespose in time. Thanks but looks like im out.

same issue here. asks you to choose your nickname and error comes up repeatedly:
Please choose your poker screenname. This unique screenname will allow you to play in our Poker Client.

Account set up, but cant enter a nickname to get to the download/transfer bit.

What are you doing diffrent to us?? i joind, confermd e-mail, am now at the poker page asking for username(but it wont let me add one)have not put cash on there yet, did you put cash in b4 setting up poker name?

DLing?, not sure what that is. only thing i could think it might be is firefox/IE, im on firfox, you? DLing downloading, sorry brain aint working. I cant see were i can download from as i need to add username first and it wont let me?? Anychance of a link

Oh well, gave IE ago, no joy, did you deposit? and if so did you do it b4 adding a poker username? Anyway it looks like im out, damn shame, gl to all thoses who get in. Any suggestions to were we are going wrong welcome. Its the ongame software

Either you messed up somehow while registering or didn't activate your email or - most probably - you need to choose a different screenname. All my regular screennames where taken so I wasn't sucessful until 4th attempt. Try using a name you haven't used before and note that sometimes the check doesn't always come up with alternatives - it just says name is taken. And....just to be 100% accurate.....the USERname you chose is NOT the same as screenname. You choose screename after you activate email. Just click "poker" and look at the top of the window with instructions. No need to deposit....

Sure guys, I didn't even know it was geographic restrictied.
B1gfoot that's strange I just signed up for rakeback deal on Scandic havent made deposit yet so you should be able to join. I made account and when I tried to download software it said "please choose nick" so I did and after that I was able to download the software.
Edit: like moerpho I think email confirmation or nick is the prob. 45 min to fix gogogo
