BRMob 1business day responce time?  0   
Hi, I got an temp rejecteced pacific poker bonus, I got mail informing me to send them Passport or such. I then wait an week for pacific and they finally write back its confirmed now and they did appropiate actions towwards informing BRmob about this. I then emailed BRmob more than 4 times about this, Each time getting the we will get back to u within 1 business day, which is like 6 business days ago atleast.....

a bit of a strange headline dont you think?? also i find i get better customer service from the BRM if you just post your problem in the forum

Maybe they blocked you, just joking Tongue They're probably on when you're sleeping, they're on when I'm sleeping.
