Shaun I never attacked you. the comments are not out of order as many are just fed up with Action Poker. Aside from you support and live are no help at all and half the time have no clue( or just dont care to find out), what concerns the players have or how to straighten it out! I understand that you are not there 24/7 but you would think that the rest can at least try to bumble through and answer a question or concern and if they cant they could at least make an effort to find out. As I have said in another post it does not matter to me anymore as I have deleted Action and will not deposit or play there. Maybe I dont do LARGE deposits but every player should be treated equally.

I agree mate. There are some ungrateful people. This thread was just to see what people thought of that rule not to slag the reputation of your self or action. We all appreciate every thing you have done for us. As the ruling was a mistake theres no harm done. It was just that the support told me this is now permanent which scared me a bit im sure you can understand that. Once again sorry for the miss understanding

We are treating all players big or small in the way, as for your comments they did attack me on the thread and the other one.
I have always dealt with every concern or issue not matter if it is bog or small, that is why I post on this forum because I feel that the BRM players should get more so you have me as your 24/7 live (almost) support to answer your questions.
As I say if you dont trust Action let me know.

I think that comment is pretty uncalled for. Shaun doesn't work for BRM, so don't expect him to be over this forum like I am. In fact, he only comes here to help out and does it for free - so have patience
And if every site out there that ever had 1 unhappy customer should close down, then no site would never exist - including BRM

What comment is uncalled for? That support at Action stinks? The only thing I said about Shaun is that he was a no show for over a week. That is a fact. He was busy and had his things to do I am aware of that. I never said Shaun stinks as I do not consider him part of the support when I email in as aside from 1 time I have never emailed or talked to him.
------------ Thanks Shaun. Now I think Action will happen. This seems to be a one man show. What is the problem with the rest of the team? If they where a little more forthcoming or perhaps said " I really don't know, but let me find out for you" instead of being totally coy, or sent out emails,( automated can be a great thing), I think that Action would get a little more respect, not to mention more players . Just my opinion.

------------ Another one 4 you Shaun. On the WPS page where it shows plat/gold/silver/bronze, do you not think that the 2k turnty should be max 50 players, that being plat ONLY and the 1k for teh gold/silv and bronze, that way being plat has a benifit?
Also since the turny was cancelled by Action, this next one should be double to make it up to those of us who where there and are playing.
I can see the players that are left on site leaving if this is not corrected.

Does it really matter if you answer them now? I never attacked you but you have felt that way and to that I apologise.As for Action poker i wont deposit or play there anymore. I could get in to all the reasons why but really whats the point. Best of luck to you.

Eck.. too much pointless arguing in here for my liking.
Personally, i thought action poker wasnt too bad when i tried it. Its no fulltilt or party etc, but then they are all companies promoting huge stars, making millions of dollars. The customer service wasnt *amazing* i agree, it was a little slow, BUT, again excellent customer service comes at a price. Give them a chance to recify the mistakes before you go slagging them off.

Useless post? Check history of the forum and you will find a lot of bad things about software of aciton poker etc... As you very well now... And if your agreement (BMR) with action poker says that all u need to do is to praise them, well its ur choice... I thought this site had freedom of speech policy somewhere, i guess i was wrong...
But to be honest its pointless as u say as i will never use them again, but just dont like then people like u are liking somebody's a**

because they know they get attention by talkin bad about action poker? do you see someone from titan here spending his "free time" to help out ppl ? and most of those who complained simply didnt read the T&C´s - the others got their problem fixed. he is a "legend" if he´s there to help you out (note: in his free time) and as soon he has to do private things he "sucks"... couple weeks ago ive had problems to join tables due to fraud/collusion (was a mistake) and the live support fixed it within a minute. and like nowhere else tournys have been cancelled because there werent enough players ? ive experienced that on 3 other networks...you just dont see complainings because none will listen to you - since here is none from other pokerroom except theres a new promotion. i dont know if i still would be here in my free time if i was him. but i hope he will - keep doing the good job shaun.

Like i said again pointless. Every site has problems including the big ones. Whats the point in that post if you dont even play on the site any more?

I agree with what your saying accept the part about the T&C this has now been fixed. it was nothing to do with me not reading the T&C

I believe Shaun has solved the issue in this thread therefor I'm closing this thread for further discussions as there's no point in keep on going on about what sucks and what does not suck because a few people are unhappy with something.
