I received a mail from Bankrollmob which included that the no deposit bonus was deposited on my account. But when I look on action poker I still have no money. Can anybody help me

Wait a little, as guille said 1-2 days, and if money is not in your account by then contact support on Action to see where did it stuck.

The purpose of that email you got from BRM was to inform you that on their end everything checked out and you are eligible for this offer, now it is up to Action poker to credit your account. Good luck at the tables and don`t forget about bankroll management and stuff. If you need any tips how to improve your game check out other threads, there are lots of them, or just ask for advice. I`m sure you`ll get one or two good advices that will help you improve.

Yes. If the problem won't be solved then you can ask Shaun about it. He solves these problems easily.

Shaun only can help if he is here. He has not been here in over a week and with the amount of bs on Action, makes me wonder if he will ever come back Confused

Depends, if it is in polar circle than maybe somewhere in May you should get the bonus.

yeah they take 2 to 4 days they say that on your mob account page when you have bonus pending i think this is just to check you dont have a account from the same email address

Simple, check out this section http://www.bankrollmob.com/bankrolls.asp
Make sure to check out list of eligible countries before You request some no deposit offer.

Have You received email from BRM too. If not you are still in verification process, give it a little time, if everything is ok and You followed the procedure you`ll get it.
