I just open an account with virgin and request a bonus, now i see the the bonus wass rejected because they block my account i don't know for wt but they are the stupidest site of poker i ever seen so men's do not create an account there they are s**t they are saying that the bossmedia block me stupid sites i hate this things

Well i signed up and i now cannot edit my details. I spoke with live support but he assured me there was no active bonus between BRM and Virgin.. zzz so then i explaind to BRM and they reply saying my application was rejected because of different email addresses used.. ironic that both emails were right beside each other in my inbox.. one from virgin confirming my registration and one from BRM saying its a different email address.. there definetly seems to be big problems here

I wanted to claim the bonus on Virgin Poker, too. I don't know if this site sucks, but I know that I'm not eligible for the bonus. So stay calm, I'm not gonna register to this poker room.

I got the bonus there I dont think it sucks, I think its not bad,and I like gettin paid in euro......what ever reason they have for rejecting you,thats, just to bad for you,I wouldnt bash a site or a network just because they refused you,I have been refused by action for what I think is a stupid reason,but I dont bash them for it....

Sure the site has problems. I also can't edit my profile page, the live support does'nt work for me. I also have the e-mail issue. I just e-mailed Virgin support (if only..!!) and they changed it for me. But heres the thing, if you get the bonus then you are getting money for nothing. If you don't , just what is it that you have lost ? i know how this no deposit bonus thing works and it's benefits all parties.
