I know this situation. I was short stack in a tournament. Had JJ on the button. Everyone folded before me. I went allin and the BB called. He had J2. Guess what happened? Flop: 6 2 2 I was a "bit" angry, but now I just laugh on the situation.

Does partypoker software like lag anymore on lobby? When I last time played on that software it was laggy and messy. I like games there, lousy fishes on little tables, sometimes on bigger tournaments too

come on bad beats happen on all sites just something you have to live with, if you watch big televised tournaments (which i think is a great way of improving your game) they happen to the pros with no software involved its just poker and im sure we have all been on the green side of a bad beat and loved the result at the end of the day all in pre flop it all goes down to luck of the cards, goin JJ just gives you better odds but does not guarantee the win
the key is if your not taken out by it dont go on tilt!

Bad advice, never try to learn from televised tournements to play online. You have no idea whats really going on at the table and you dont see every hand.

Yes, you are right. Many people see that someone goes allin with Ax at the final table and they think it's an "allin hand". So they play it the same way at a cash table or in a tournament early stage...

most players play this way at freerolls, I'd say that's either because they don't care whether they'll win or not, or they just try their "luck". Not my style.

I completely disagree, before i started watching the pros play - hence on televised tournaments i was a pretty average player, since watchin and taking in what the commentators and other players around the table are saying I have become a much better player.
of course seeing their hands is slightly different but seeing the way each player plays there hands is great. especially how some of the pros make some great folds that most would online players wouldnt think of. they are pro for a reason so watching them play cannot be a bad thing
and yes a lot of players play badly at the start of online tournaments, but as the tournament gets into the later stages it becomes a higher standard and this is where the tournament can be won or lost not at the beginning
