AJo is an instant fold in early position for me. T9s in early position depends on what table. 10seater is a fold (for me), 6 seater you can raise it. So i wud say giv me T9s

AJo, you will know where you stand. Especially against fish. They will call with any Ace or face or any 2 suited cards. Against these players your only looking for top pair and you can make a whole lot more than you would if you where playing in a tight game and taking down blinds with 9Ts or facing a 3bet and folding.

Depends on the number of players and the table. Full ring both are usually a fold. SC play badly out of position, AJ is a death trap. Shorthanded both hands become more playable, unless the table is very aggressive.
On a 10 seat cash tabel I normaly don't play these two hands in early position.
On a loose tabel I would most likely call with 9-10 suit, but fold quickly if I don't hit on the flop. AJ offsuit I have burned myself to many times on.

In early position, both these hands are heading for the bin except in a 6 max cash game, where I will always raise a AJ but only sometimes raise a T9s when 1st to act.
