25-50 buy ins of the limits at u play example if u play at at NL10 u need 250$ to 500$ in your bankroll of course it depends how much tables you play at same time because is not same play in 1 table for an hour to play 8-16 tables at time

Depends on your tolerance of going bust. You should have at least 20-25 buy-in for the level you play. If you know you are likely to tilt away some stacks, even more.

if u start loosin just stop for the day or, wat i do swich networks, or stop playin cashgames and start playin 5 dollar sng and mtt this keeps u in check.
