you were quite lucky .. as you can see from my post on saturday,, i was online just 15-20 minutes after you,,. but as it was weekend i did not expect the counter was reset,,, thats why i made the funny reply ,, 7days a week,24hrs a day,anytime of the day or nite... LOL

I have to suprise You, I was first, then 5-10 minutes passed and there was still ~20-30 bonuses. Then we wrote a post on forum that the bonus is again online and then it was gone

ich hoffe jemand von euch kann mir helfen. Habe bei Mansion Poker jetzt knapp über 1000 Points erspielt und habe € 255,- Kontostand. Wollte mir jetzt € 100,- auszahlen lassen, aber es wird zurück überwiesen.
1. Frage: Muss ich 5000 Punkte erspielen, damit ich geld auf mein Konto überweisen lassen kann? Also wenn man den Bonus nicht auszahlen lassen kann, würde ich das noch verstehen, aber alles darüber ist doch mein erspieltes Geld.
2. Frage: Es sollen doch alle 650 Punkte weitere $ 10,- aufs Konto wandern. Klappt das automatisch? Weil ich bis jetzt noch nichts bekommen habe und schon bei über 1000 Punkten bin.

but the fact that 10 minutes ago were 100 bonuses,yesterday after the release of 40 were 100,and now are 99?how do u call that?joke?it's not my bussines if u give or take money from people,but if u wanna do one thing,then do it all the way.i'm just mad cuz i'm here waiting sincer european noon,like 5 hours ago for nothing..

I don't know when our payment team is sending lists every day, they do it when they have to or is asked by the pokersite, so I don't know if monday bonuses are gone or not, but I would figure they are.
And as for the 100-99 thing, sometimes we move players in our backend if they already had applied earlier but was rejected or whatever error might have occured.
also,, some people dont read the rules.. and apply for a bonus that they are not eligible for,,, so the numbers will change reflecting returned bonuses.. im pretty sure thats how it works... i have been a BRM member since one month after it got rolling,.. and have received up to 8 bonuses,,, but i must admit this mansion bonus has been one of the most elusive bonuses to date,,, but hey,, 1 out of 9 ,, not bad,, the rest were just plain easy money.. and remember ,, like mr.mobster says,, hes GIVING you
so hang in there.. maybe you will get lucky this time.. and not blow it like you whiners obviously have,, thats why your going nuts.. maybe try to play some freerolls in the meantime...

bobbyboo is right, we can't know beforehand whether or not a bonus request is going to be rejected, so the spot it takes up will not be released until we receive info back from the site, that the bonus was not released and we therefor reject the bonus request.
