Is it online at all? I can never catch them. What's more I can't get a bonus which I requested a week ago - I made a mistake in acc name and reported it, but they just rejected bonus - replaying a few days later. I can't still change an old request, or send a new one

Due to alot more activity at the site at the moment and one of our support guys is on vacation, we cannot keep the livechat open. The livechat takes up alot of ressources (time) compared to answering e-mails.
But write your REAL accountname in this thread (if you want to) and for what site, then I can edit it and update the bonus request.

We just try to help our users as well as we can, but it can be tough because we get ALOT of emails asking questions that users can easily find in the FAQ or by spending 2 minutes on the site

It normally takes a week if your waiting for a no-deposit(av), best checking at FT to see if you have got it rather than the mobaccount it tends to pay before it shows here. But think you should be able to get in the freeroll reguardless providing you joind via bankrollmob
