I have a question: my pacific poker bonus request was rejected, but i cannot understand why. when i signed up here at this forum, i had to send a copy of my ID documents, and it was my right to cross my signing or something. This was the message i got:
"The ID documents uploaded to BankrollMob when you created your account, has not been accepted by 888.com. Basically this can have a number of reasons like blurry picture / erased information (some people cross out their eyes, or some of the information in the ID before uploading the ID) or similar."
does that mean bankroll mob sends my ID documents to pacific poker? and did they reject my bonus request? i want to know. its no problem for me to send a copy again or to make a verification call. but i just requested a mansion poker bonus and im so happy that a got one....but i dont wont it to be rejected again cuase of the same reason.
