I have my Mansion Pokerbonus approved for 2 days but i don't have any money on my Mansion Poker account...i would like to know if anyone have the same problem or if it's just me. How can i solve this?
mine went through in less than 24 hours.. i got one of the last 125 bonuses last nite.. and i must say it was worth the wait.. i have already doubled ,, 3rd in SnG,, 20 bucks.. it would have been easier to double. with win.(50 for first),, then 9 bucks in another SnG. and 20 bucks in cash games., not a good idea.. unless you are tight.. its too ez to just say its free money and make a bad call..lol.. but i know thats just 49.. so i had to have a laff and make the last dollar in the lowest stakes game.. with 4 pp's in a row..,,.. so yes now 50 on top of the BRM 50,, fun fun, ,, actually the play on mansion is pretty good.. so ill do my part to get some more bonuses released and play there and deposit some,, if you have met the requirements , your bonus should be there soon.. proof of id, and no existing mansion account. it could also take longer for other countries...but thats just an educated guess,.. good luck
a solution could be .. ask mansion support..they are available 24/7 .. good support

Hello. I just want you to know that I still dont have the bonus on my mansion poker account. It was approved and paid by bankrollmob on monday. I sent an e-mail to mansion poker and they said that i have to wait a maximum period of 48 hours to see my problem solved. I sent 3 e-mails to bankrollmob since monday and still no reply, just a message giving me a ticket...lol

hello guys! i'm here to tell you that 2 weeks have passed and i'm trying to contact mansion poker and bankrollmob and NOONE solves this situation! i'm getting really bored by this problem because i trusted bankrollmob. Mansion poker said that they were going to verify what happened, but then they said that BRM didnt pay my bonus or made a mistake. BRM does not answer me...i dont know what else i can do...

i got the exact same problem mate... my offer was approved on the 24th of febuary..still no money.. 2 posts to brm 2 support calls to mansion... the admin in here said there is nothing they can do as there waiting for mansion...and guess what mansion said??.....yep nothing to do with us contact your affiliate.....but brm are yet to answer my messages its a sick sick world ..brm had a good run now its time to make off with the money lol..

As I said, if you're contacting us about missing bonus, then all we can do is contact mansion, and so we are waiting for them. What some support assistant at mansion tells you, we cannot vouch for. But I know for sure that the support personnel at every pokersite, doesn't know about what kind of deals are made with the different affiliate sites.

In fairness errors happen, its life, and you have lost nothig so its kinda hard to moan about. Unlucky, better luck with the next one and GL for the ones you did.

This doesn't mean nothing to me. I got the bonus here, so BANKROLLMOB have to solve my problem with Mansion Poker! That's it! no more excuses for both of you. You have to be in contact to prevent this type of situations. It's very bad for you if this happens because it's your name that is at stake... I just want my bonus like everyone else. Contact Mansion Poker and claim that you already payed our bonuses, and that we deserve it like the other users. Please Administrator help us. best regards
