As it is said in the mail, the problem probably is that you have misspelled your accountname, possibly because of case-scencetivity...

contact Ladbrokes support they will help you. I needed help too and they replied within 5 min or so.

Same s**t happend to me, but i gave them my nickname, i think that was the problem, so i send bankrollmob, my username this time, see if that helps Big Smile

could be just because of your IP address, are you using AOL? try to ask you ISP for a different IP that not leads to US. Blink

I had this same problem, I dont open poker alias, but I do it and I get my money Big Smile I waiting 4 days

The signup procedure is not very clear, i think alot of people will make this mistake.

I have the same problem i send a e-mail to bankrollsupport whit my Username maybe the problem is in the request you say Alias on Ladbrokes No Username Blink
