So I cashed out my entire bankroll at ultimate bet. It was a good run but i got sick of the traffic there. I have now deposited on both pokerstars and cake poker. Pokerstars is not bad. Since friday I have quadrupled my bankroll. My only problem with them is that I love mtt's. But i dont want to sit by a computer for 14 hours to play in them. Way to many people playing in them. My bum starts to hurt and my gf gets pissed. So im going to start Cake poker today. Anyone ever played cake?

Totally agree with you on the Poker Stars MTT's.. tried a couple of times and it's hopeless.. iPoker has decent gtd's with decent buy-ins and if u play nite time you find good turneys with under 200 players too..
Sorry, just noticed that you're from US. No iPoker for you then

Cake poker is pretty good, good traffic lots of agmes to choice from and they have a promo there were you get a piece of the action so to speak, and the gold chips are fun to get and the gold cards, are also good to get both can be turned into cash, there very good and fast with withdrawls, so I think you ll love them after awhile, but there are alot of fish donkeys there so I would watch the tables and pick these people out and use there agression to you re atvantage,so good luck let us know what you think.....
I don't recommend you Cake as imo, a microgaming poker software is better in terms of MTT's, why??? Because you don't have LARGE field of entrants as PokerStars with nice guaranteed money prize pool. So you will not sit 19 hours of playing them. I stopped playing at Cake because I find it's skin very boring, poor Sit&Gos and I did not have any rakeback deal there

I have come to really like Cake. Not to many players but still enough to get lots of action in Sng's, MTT's and cash-tables. Usually about 5 to 10$ buy-in in guaranteed MTT's and normally from 150 to 300 players. Also good Omaha guaranteed MTT's with 100 to 250 players. Don't play much cash-tables as I usually bust my bankroll in 5 min, but seems to be good action there as well.
Interface is ok but could absolutely do with a facelift. Should mention they've been having some connection-issues lately but they seem to have sorted it out.
So....for a newbie like me it's great! Also...easy money on their SnG double-ups. Too bad BRM doesn't offer an NDB for Cake (too late for me anyhow....).
