I dont get it, I live in Gentofte, Copenhagen and applied for the bwinbonus, but got rejected because I am in a wrong country, last time I checked Gentofte was in Copenhagen, sent an email to the Bankrollmob and got a mail back that they told me that all requests would be answered within 24 hours, now it has been over 60 hours, and still no answer? dont get it, what is going on here bankrollmob is the financial crisis taking you over.?

You have an icelandic name, an icelandig address and you even selected Iceland as your country. The bwin offer is only for Denmark and Sweden. If you live in Denmark, why do you put Iceland as your country and address?
In order to have your address changed, you need to email documents to our support containing your name and your danish address. We can't just change address on accounts *after* a user signed up, as this would upen for alot of "Hey I live in bla bla bla, can I get this bonus now?" .. I hope you understand.

Yeah, I get it, but I have lived now in Denmark for 2 years, and I cant find the place to change my accuont? it is allowed to move right? hihi, I can even send you a bankstatment showing my name and my address.... ?

You can't change your details online, otherwise it would be a huge mess when all Brazil suddenly lives in Germany, just to get more bonuses (for example).
You need to email info (at) bankrollmob.com , inform your accountname and that you want to change your address. write your old address and your current and attach an utility bill that shows your name and current address. Then our support can change your address and you should have access to the bwinbonus.

well, yeah, I will email you those info but maybe you could make this clear as I have lost 2 bonuses you have, just because its not clear, I thought you just checked the IP address ... like the poker room do when they have country restrictions....
And maybe you should include in your messages why it is rejected those bonuses just a tip but I like this site and guess you can f**k up like the rest of Icelanders
