yeah. take a break before you tilt!
if it happens to you often that you get outdrawn/outplayed on the river you might want to check your game for leaks too. maybe you play too many hands, maybe you bet not enough (or too much) preflop or on the flop. maybe something is wrong with your table image.
when things dont work out the way you want, there is often a great chance to improve your game IMO

Seriously it depends on the situation. If you are all in pre flop with the best hand but keep getting rivered by donk calls then thats not a bad thing, as that is what you want callers with worst hands. However if it happens a few times just take a break, or do what i do and play on another site.

playing online poker is like playing a fruit machine in the pub, its all rigged, thats how the software has been programmed, make a deposit win a few hands then lose the lot on a massive monster hand you should've won. always the river card, what gives them an even bigger monster.

Well several options there :
- go for swimming lessons to get over the river - stop playing poker... as you always loose on the river - just keep your play lilited to the preflop game...

I almost always lose on river... so I used to it... I don't know why poker software almost always do that... to turn up the adrenaline? I don't know...

Time to time i see that there is a sesion when i am mostly loosing like this , then i always take a break to not loose all of my bankroll ... I call it Jokerstars time as if it comes it goes for all day
