Action Poker a cheat???  0
Sorry I have to open this thread. And again it is about cashing out.
Received the $ 40.- from Bankrollmob, did not touch them. Then earned $ 3.- in a freeroll, then deposited $ 25.- to play in the March Madness. Now try to cashout MY OWN $ 25.- and the $3.- I won, they will NOT DO THIS.

There was no mentioning in the forum from the ACTION POKER GUY, that the March Madness would block any cash out.

All I want is my own money back!!!!

Just received an e-mail from Action Poker. They say I 'MIXED MY DEPOSIT WITH THE FREE MONEY'!!!???

What else can one do if one deposits own money???

They bluntly refuse the cash out.

This is fraud!!

But have you tested to cashout your $25 only?
Maybe those $3 are under some kind of rules/terms/conditions (you know, some kind of play-through).

You expect me to sort this out and you accuse my company of fraud....

WHo says its because of the march madness that you cant cash out.

Could be more due to the fact that you havent paid enough rake to cover withdrawing the $3 you won in a freeroll.

You do know that money you win in freerolls on most sites has to be cleared by rake first before you cash out, dont you ?

He is right Joe, you was very quick to fire a fraud allagation, on the first day you make a complaint about it.
So many diffrent ways you could have handled this, you wont get service like you do from shaun for actionpoker but i compleatly understand him saying sort it out yourself.
Start with T and Cs.
Also slander could see you in court, but i dont think they are that way inclined.
GL getting your money.

I never asked anybody to solve this problem for me.

Just wanted to let the community know, that Action Poker does not let you withdraw your own money that you paid into your own account. Had I followed your recommendation in the March Madness info and had deposited up to 2500.- I would have a huge hole in my bank account.

In my opinion it is fraud if somebody does not give you back your own money.

When you deposit and join a site you agree to the T and Cs, most ppl dont read them.
Fraud is a very stong word to be using and damaging to the site, if they felt that due to this post they have lost say an avrage coustomer then they could claim that from you + court costs etc etc.

If you are unsure what you agreed to id say read the T and Cs.
Like shaun has stated the money in matter is nothing to them, and they gave you more to start with.

I understand your anguish but responding in this manner will not solve the problem of "all i want is my money back"
If you have agreed to the TandCs they can lawfully make you stick to them, normally a matter like this is resolved quickly and Action poker break thier own rules to keep the coustomer happy.
Id suggest retracting you unfounded allagations.

This is for B1gfoot.
Can you please let me have a link where it says that, when using a bonus from Bankrollmob, you can not cash out ANY MONEY, even that, which you have deposited yourself. The link should be in the rules for the Action Poker No Deposit Bonus on the Bankrollmob site or on the Action Poker website. If you show me that, I post a 'SORRY'.

This happened to me on Betmost before. I got a free $10 start up which had bonus points attached to clear, I blew that $10 from the off in a $5 mtt and a couple of $2 sngs, I then deposited $15 to give it another go. After a few days I decided I din't really like Betmost, if you've been on one ipoker site you've been on them all! And tried to cash back out my $15 (I'd added a bit to it by then) - No go. What happened was when I deposited my own money it counted as first deposit, the $10 free I got wasn't an actual deposit, so the $15 had it's own points attached to clear before I could withdraw.

I contacted them and they said if I deposit again I could cash out, but not the $15 until the bonus for it was cleared. Bummer. I ended up tilting the $15 away out of pure annoyance. They should make this clearer but you should go check and see if your deposit has seperate bonuses attachedor can you cash it out when you've cleared your initial bonus? As I was planning to deposit there some time too, but won't if I can't get my money back when it suits me.

I have never had any problems, whatsoever, cashing out from Action. And I've done that a couple of times.

Just wanted the community to know that.

Hi

Could this be the problem, cut from T and C at BRM regarding Action Poker.

"In order to cash out the player must make a Real Money deposit and have earned more than 450 POP points in 30 days."

So if you don't have 450 POP points you can't cash out?

If you guys do not make 450 points in 30 days, why deposit yourself?? Even BRM says that. Action Poker give few days to complete the bonus indeed. For example, 50 dollars bankrool, with we make a good manegement, 30 days is to short, at least is what i think. So deposit on action if i do not make 450 points after that 30 days, is out of the question. Who garantee that in the next month i do 500 points and never can cash out, because the bonus account was in the 30 days before?
So becareful with the rules of the bonus, if they are not explicit do not deposit, is simple... Blink

i agree with joechappy, i think some poker sites purposly mislead people about cashout restrictions, i got a NDB from tonyG (from a different site) lost the $30 bonus and 3/4 weeks later i deposited $40, i won $200 and tried to cashout and i couldnt, they stated the original cashout restrictions applied, this policy is just plain stupid, if you get a NDB from some of these sites its in your best interest to go somewhere else when you want to deposit.

I have to repeat myself here: I NEVER TOUCHED THE $ 40 RECEIVED FROM BANKROLLMOB!! They are still there.

I added my own $ 25.- and these I want to cash out. It is clear, when you blow the $ 40, then deposit own money, the site fills up the bonus again and you have to go through the bonus requirements.

And for MrMan: In the T and C there is nowhere mentioned that you have to make 450 POP in order to CASH ANYTHING OUT. It is all about the bonus which I DO NOT WANT TO CASH OUT!!

oh, ok, thats sucks, maybe try a different site.

i dont think it is too uncommon a poker room restricts the cashout-ability of your account in general when you accept free money there.

the support should be able to point out, where you can read about it in the T & C tho.

sounds all like a misunderstanding to me. i hope it is fixed soon. good luck!
