Hi.
Just wanted to start of by saying thanks for my bankroll on Bwin form you on Bankrollmob.
Anyway. My Bwin account was closed down when I tried to take some money out of it. I had about 60-80 dollars and I dont really know what Ive done wrong.
Anyone else got any bad experience from Bwin? By goggling it seems like many get their accounts closed for "no reason".

well i have nothing good 2 say about bwin ! last tuesday the closed my acount totally ( without warning ) and my money is gone ( and didnt get any bankroll ,just deposit on my own) anyway they was tired of me in the support ( have called them idiots in the phone???) and the most wierd part is I HAVE NEVER TALKED WITH THE SUPPORT IN PHONE ???? NOTHING LIVE ????? and they dont care ??? so nothing good to say about bwin from my side...
My street address s long and complicated and you write it different from time to time(probably did it this time). Im pretty sure I wont get my money back but at least I want to know what I put in "incorrect"
Firstly to the suggestion that Bwin is close to going bust - You have to be kidding. Its one of the largest gaming operations in the world. NOT A CHANCE OF THEM GOING BUST.
As for their customer service I have used Bwin in the past ( granted I dont use them so much now ) and they have been nothing short of brilliant. Never had a problem cashing out and where problems have arisen they have been effective.
Perhaps its just my experience, but then again many people love Betfair and Bodog and I have had nothing but hassle with both of these and Bodog is just simply a disgrace.

i remember back the days the biggest online betting (intertops or interwetten?..forgot) company "almost" went bankrupt due to many had the right results in WC 2002. so it can happen to anyone, no matter as big they are. but in this case i dont think its gonna happen to BWIN.
anyways i only can speak positive about bwin. havin an account for years now, never had problems to cashout or anything...i played only online betting though, but i dont think there´s a different.

Have nothing good to say about bwin. Their website is very slow and many times it doesn't work as it should. If you e-mail them, you can expect to wait at least a week for an answer. Well, that is if you ever receive an answer.
It took them 2-3 weeks for them to correct a 200 euro bet that I won. Now I have been waiting 1 week for a withdrawal to Neteller... sent them 2 e-mails but haven't heard anything.

Normally they send a information mail to you and want some documents. Or they thing you have a multi account and check them. Send a mail to their support and i´m sure they open your account rapidly.

I dont think so that BWIN having financial problems. They must be way over that. Very big company with long history and they have teamem up with Party Poker if im not wrong so the cash flows there for sure. You should look for other reasons.

it could have something to do that you violated terms and conditions of the no deposit bonus- always read carefully what you have to do (i.e. play through, min loyalty points, min withdrawal amount etc.) before trying to make a withdrawal- good luck anyway, hope you will sort it out
