An affiliate recieved his no deposit bonus for titan poker this weekend. The only problem is that I didn't recieve my 100 mob points. Normally I instantly get the points transferred to my BRM-account, but now it's more than 24hours, and I still didn't recieve them (I only need 80 more to make my first cash-out )
So I was just wondering, anyone else had to wait a little bit longer to recieve their points.

If it doesn't happen instanty, then it's not going to happen. But I can't check unless you give me some details about the user you believe received a no deposit bonus that should have paid you 100 points

The users titan poker request is still "payment", so even though he might have received the funds at the site, he's not marked as "paid" (approved) at our site yet, which is why you don't get any points (yet).
bigfoot, If the user doesn't accept cookies or if he comes back after the cookie expires / removes cookies meanwhile, then we can't track them to the affiliate. It's the same for us, like when our users signup at the pokersites through our links. If there are cookie problems, the tracking will usually fail. Luckily it doesn't happen too often.

Yes I think it has someting to do with the cookies too, but i think im right in saying you dont have to use that system, I cant remember what but one of the sites I affliate for uses a diffrent system to track thier affliats. Im no comp wizz but I can try to find out what system they use if the cookies cause problems, I know Iv missed out on a few, but I dont know how many of the ones I dont know of that I missed out on (if you catch my drift) anyway think most went in so all in all its OK i guess.

Feel free to email me any details you have, we're always interested in improving our system so as many users are tracked as possible klaus (at) bankrollmob.com
