I don't personally know what time that is exactly but I do know of people who have received this bonus, perhaps they are just unable to get some more right now, there are plenty other ones available though and if you've gotten all of those you could always play in one of the freerolls, I sincerely doubt BRM is trying to deceive people, deceive them into what? Signing up for a free site? Sorry if it sounds sarcastic but it is a legitimate question.
Where did BRM say that the counter is reset at midnight.
It says they give out 25 in any 24 hour period. That could be 11pm - 11pm..
Why do people think that because its got the word free in front of it they have a divine right to receive it and that if they dont get it then they are the victims of a fraudulent scam.

But listen, it says "the counter __USUALLY RESETS AROUND___ noon, european time"... if anybody has a problem with the message, just let me know and I'll make sure you cannot see it when you're logged in, then you will just see a message saying that "the counter is reset randomly throughout the day - be sure to visit often", or something like that. With the current message we at least try to help a bit to inform of WHEN the counter is reset, but if you prefer not to know at all, please let me know

I dont know, maybe Im totally wrong now, but shouldn't noon, european time, be like 14.00, or 15.00 in Moscow time? So you were 12 hours wrong, waiting at night?
Im not an expert in time issues, but it seems so to me.

I don't know exactly when it's reset, I don't supervise the people we have to do the bonus processing and there's no way I can get those details from them every day for every bonus, as it depends on site, requests, workload etc. when it's all being taken care of.
But you can console yourself with the fact that it's the same for everybody
