------------ in my country credit card fraud is paid for by the banks, not the retailers, and im guessing poker sites are retailers, so i doubt if any credit card fraud money is givin back to the banks by poker sites, its all electronic, once it goes through its final, maybe thats why their so hot on it, because they keep the money. ??
------------ maybe fat tonys in on it, in that case i should probably keep my big mouth shut.

She's not banned... she's welcome here just like everybody else, I actually thought somebody created a "welcome back"-thread for her some time ago.

I dont think you need to make him RIP, just block from all offers, that way he gets a fair trial. All we have is the "risk managment" word, I dont think shaun gets blocked when someone complains about thiere service or doings? Let him have a voice. Yes as intentcity says, credit card fraud is coverd by the bank(for the cliant) and the site normally keeps it (i think privitcy issues make this happen) so effectivly the site itself becomes the thief, or Mr E. Think Mr D has just lost out, but if you look at pottripers case, they claim to have paid back victoms. All money in question is now subject to investergation and is froze untill further notice, its part of a crime.

In view of such blatant stupidity then I think the site have just about as much evidence as you could possibly require to hang the culprits out to dry..
