Hello everybody,
Just wanted to let you know that the poker is eating my nerves. I cant play poker anymore, I got so frustated because I always sucked out with the last card, I play in full tilt at the moment and I count almost 30 suckouts on 2 hours :S and all hand I lead till the river and about 90% of my hands I losts on the river, this is soo sick and I am so pissed off. example : I had the higest flush(AK) and the opponent hited his four of a kind on the river. I play mtt(18-45) and 8/10 I am in final table, but sucked out by some donks. I have played for years, but start online poker recently. but this is so sick. I understand thease sick things happened in poker, but 30 times on 2 hours? this is out of statisitc I think and sooooo sick. I am just so unlucky? I think if I have a AA and go all in and 27 calls I will lose for sure

I recognzie the feeling... Happens to me too from time to time. How many tables do you play? The reason that so many more bizarre things happen on the net, compared to irl, is that you play so many more hands.
Lost 25 $ with AA against AK not long ago. Then right away 25 more with QQ (late pos against) JJ (BB). And then had a few mayor suckouts added to that.

Cigitalin study showed that the importance of luck in poker is a small.
The American software company Cigital has completed its investigation, which it tried to prove statistically, that the importance of skill in poker is crucial. The study material was 103 million Star Poker as played Texas Hold'em hands. Cigital and Poker Stars, asked the players about to send handhistories, needed to Poker Stars' renounced the material guarantee of authenticity.
The study involved, how much of the hand had gone up to the screen. If the pot's fate was resolved without the evidence, I happen to not be able to share the final outcome, but it depended on the whole the players decisions.
The study result is not surprising for poker players: Cigital found that 75.7% of all pots was resolved before the evidence.Display of past pots only half of it was the player's victory, which would have been the best hand if he had remained involved until the end. In these cases, therefore, the opponent got the best hand to give up before the game screen.
The result of research, therefore, is that poker, the vast majority of the pots are resolved other than by card value. Obvious influence of research was designed to obtain statistical data in support of future litigation, which is accused of the American players in the domestic threat of the illegal game.

Yes, actually you're unlucky but things will change. If I was you, I would take 2-3 days of break. Full Tilt is very tricky, there are days you win everything and some nothing.
I really understand you... how many times it happened to me.. expecially on full tilt Sometimes I wonder that software wants to make me tilt ( maybe is the reason of the name ) Only thing to do is to leave it and switch off computer Try tomorrow, good luck

Yeah FTP is one for suckouts but when you consider at a relitivly slow period there can be 50.000 players they cant all win. Even if they all had AA pre flop someone somewhere will get the flush..

I feel your pain! Had some really bad experience on FullTilt myself - always get the feeling that AA and KK will bust 9 out of 10 times over there. And Phil Ivey has his own "button"
Might just be superstition but I feel that FullTilt is one of the worst sites when it comes to suckouts. Do what I did and change site if your new to online poker - I would suggest one of the smaller networks - find a site that you feel resembles a live game the most for YOU (they probably all do but I think this comes down to a bit of psychology if you now what I mean).

Yeah, that really suck, but I think just have to quit playing a while. You're so frustrated, you prolly play to loose or something. clear your mind, spend some quality time with something else. and all the bad luck you had will be compared in the future
