i regularly play with friends. i never had any problem. as long as you dont do chipdumping, softplay or some other form of collusion i see no problem...
same ip or same credit card beeing used to credit 2 seperate accounts might cause a problem. but thats obviously not what you folks intend to do.
EDIT: many pokerrooms even offer a buddylist, so you can find your pals easy and quick

I have played with a friend on some HU (about 10 I think) and I never had problem ...
I think it depends if you won 50$ in 10 hands they'll think fraud and close your account but if you play normal don't think it would have any problem ...
Ask support before is the best solution I think ... Take no risk ...

Posted by lomax: But the poker room should have certainty that a fraud before acting to block accounts! Or just a simple assumption? what you think about ?
better be safe then be sorry. i like the politic of many poker rooms regarding that. what i think is very bad, is when they need weeks to open an falsely closed account again...

Carn't you just setup a privert game on a site and password protect it I know some of the pokerrooms allow this .....the room still makes money from the rake and you and your frinds get to play each outher without outher pepple trying to gatecrash your party
