Anyone knows where I can a site or people to swap some money from one of my poker accounts to Paypal? I needed to buuy something on Ebay. I know some sites uses Paypal as a deposit option and cashout option, but not many.

and what ? he makes the deposit on betfair with neteller and just takes the money ?
he can't betfair make retire money only if you have deposited from that ! if you made the deposit from neteller but you don't ever deposited from paypal you can't take the money on paypal !

Not to shore what you are saying. Are you saying that you cannot transfer money from Neteller to Paypal. I have a Netteller a/c but have never used it yet.
I normely just use Paypal, Moneybookers, and Bank transfer for my online deal's

cash out to your bank account and transfer this money to paypal, most pokerrooms will not allow you to cash in and cash out through another method, besides you deposited several times through different methods
