call small blind?  0
Do you call as small blind with crap hands if there was no raise and the pot is big enough??
For example, you got 3J off-suited, 4 guys just call the big blind (no raise).
Would you call or fold?

Cash or tourney? Deep or shallow stacks? Are the other players willing to pay you off, should you flop a monster? What about a bluff raise to collect the limps?

i usually fold. the chance of getting into trouble is just too big in my oppinion; what if an opponent holds AJ? what if i hit a top pair and face a reraise?

even when i hit trips or two pair i might be in trouble. a board of 33T might look good; but if my opponent holds pocket tens im stacked most likely (while i only take down a small pot is opponents hold nothing). a board of J38 might look safe; but 88 or J8 has me beat already; AJ, KJ etc can backdraw quite easy (just let the 8 pair or that ace or king come up)

so i prefer folding, and improving my image. exception is when i face opponent that i might outplay after the flop, then any 2 are good. but out of position? mhhhhhhhh... better not most the time Blink

Most of the time I agree with Umarplus but maybe early on in a tourney or if i'm big stack I'll take a look but you've got to be careful. In these situations players know you can call with any two and they don't usually pay out.

I am however more likely to call with low suited connectors in late position or even small blind. Like 4s 5s or even just any connected cards. But again you have to think about what others have called with. Think will they pay you off or can you be beaten before you bet out.

I bet when nobody raises. Sometimes I get the pot, other times I get re-raised, then I fold.

I call with connector off suited, raise with quite good hand and fold bad hand ... So in SB, I play about 70% of my hand (steal + call)

fold about 80% of times.
