Hi guys. I signed up with BRM with the No Deposit Bonus. Which is 40 dollar bankroll to start with. Then 2 50 dollars pendingbonuses which requires 700 POP points each to release.
I lost my bankroll after I made around 450 POP points, ( after 450 POP points youre able to cashout ). I only needed 250 more POP points ( 25 dollars rake ) to get the pendingbonus of 50 Dollars, thats really good. SO I made a deposit yesterday with Shauns new bonuscode ( 2k ). I made the deposit and my goal was to make the 250 more POP points and then WITHRAW the whole bankroll.
I talked to the livesupport on Actionpoker, they told me that If I want to realease the first pendingbonus ( 50 Dollars ) I wont be able to cash it out, beacause I need to collect another 700 POP points to get the other pendingbonus aswell.
This stinks in my oppinion. There is no information what so ever, that you cant withraw the whole bankroll after you have managed to collect 700 POP points to recieve the first 50 Dollars.
The information we have been given is this: YOu can withraw after 450 POP points, you will get 50 Dollars after 700 POP points, you will get another 50 dollars after another 700 POP points.
I wont be able to get to 1400 POP points within the days I have left before the bonus expire. I could withraw my bankroll now but then I dont get the bonus that I want. If I get to 700 POP poins( like 50 more points for me) I cant withraw my whloe bankrolls as I want.
All should know this, YOU WONT BE ABLE TO WITHRAW YOURE WHOLE BANKROLL AFTER THE FIRST PART OF THE PENDINGBONUS. The information is confusing because we can withraw after 450 POPPOINTS but not between 700-1399 POP Points.
The lack of information is not good. I like the site, but I need money right now, thats why I made the deposit, but this... This makes me sad...

If you only wanted to make a few points and cash out, it was no good idea to use the bonus code. I guess this bonus comes with limitations too. And that is where the problems came from.

lol then deposit and cashout after you fullfill the whole requirements. If you need the money right now, you shoulndt have deposited anyway, it allways takes some time till you have it. Btw the requirements are quite easy to fullfill and there is no reason to complain. normally its nearly not possible to clear the bonus having not enough $$ for a proper bankrollmanagement.

Bonus codes and deals are usually combined with some effort from the player. Have any of you read the terms for a casino site. Now, that's hard work compared to the deals a pokerplayer gets.

The thing is, WHen I signed up, and the time after that, I have not found any message in " terms and condition" or what so ever that you CANT withraw after the first 50 USD on the pendingbonus. THere is no information that you can only withraw the whole bankrollb AFTER 1400 POP points if you wanna keep the pendingbonus.

It seems that we have a communication problem.
Let me explain as per the T&Cs of ther promo when you hit 350 pop you can withdraw your $40 bonus cash plus any deposit plus any winning if customer service told you anything else they are wrong and I have now explained it to them.
If you do not mind i will use your account as an example you have 700 pop plus you have made a deposit you now have a balance of $xxx.xx you are free to withdraw that amount or you can continue and try anf got for the next bonus...

and what it is minimum deposit after i made 450 POP points?? to make any withdraw, i have now like 500 POP points and like 170 $ from 40, and now if i make deposit i can make withdraw anytime i want?? or if i reach 700 pops i need get whole 1400pops ?? and even if i make those 700 pops, can i make withdraw with those 50$ that i get after reach 700 pops?

few questions only, anyway i forgat 1, in T&C it is something like that i have only 30 days for get POP points and make deposit for withdraw, so thats means i need deposit in those 30 also or i can make it later like, 3 days after those 30 days whati had for make points.

yes, the information about cashout in action poker is horrible. poker rooms should be more transparent if they want that new people in poker still lossing their money with then.

Its pretty simple, you reached 450 POP so you can withdraw everything you want if you have made a deposit. If you reach 700 pop you just get another 50$ but it doesnt change the fact that you can withdraw it.

If you think your problem taking in consideration the terms and conditions of the site, you will see that they advice people to that matter. Each promotion is not "joinable" (sorry for the bad english) with others, thats why for each one you have to make 700 points, seperately from the points you already have. Action has a bit of limitations in terms of gaming, and it looks to me that the system they use to randomize poker hands is not the best too, but for the problem you present they are aware, thats why you can't complain. Im with you, i don't agree too, but thats the way they work. Im working on a review of Action Poker, in a few days you can go to the Reviews and read it...

you should not chase to the bonus, I once time tried to get bonus at fulltilt poker, they release 20$ each time and I got 19$, I need only 1$ more (about 17 full tilt point), and I was too impatient and I lost 10$ to get to that 1$ bonus
