Nirvanadk, All mails are answered but it can take some time as we are very busy, so please allow a few days for it to be replied to.
But if full tilt poker tells us that you already have an account or had an account before, then there's not much we can do about it. We are simply not allowed to issue the free $50. It might also be that somebody else from your house / IP address has an account with full tilt poker, so they reject you for that. We don't get the details as it's pretty much "none of our business", we just need a "Alrite, go ahead" or "Sorry, this one can't get the $$".
Edit: Nirvanadk, I just checked your Mob account and requests. Apparently you gave us an e-mail address as your full tilt poker accountname.....? That's not gonna work You need to give your full tilt poker ACCOUNTNAME and then we can process your request again. Send in an email to us or write it here.

Nirvanadk, We can't use your email address as "full tilt poker accountname" - we need your real accountname, otherwise they will just reject the request again.
