another discription for the nuts in german is "nutten" (the german word for prostitutes).....so if a german got the nuts he'll say: " ich hab die nutten" (i've got the w*****)

But I have a little correction for the "Deadman's Hand" - double suited Aces and Eights ( ) - just like in my picture, my absolutely favourite hand at Omaha . And the Full House Jacks + Tens is also known as Deadman's Hand.
I like the "nein! nein!", never heard this before.

Oh, I did not know there is a nickname for almost every single hand in poker. I guess I've not heard of half of them before. Does anybody know all of them by heart?

Thanks for the list. It was very enlightening. I was expecting to see something interesting for 72 offsuit, as it is the worst starting hand in Texas Hold'Em.
But they had weird ones for that. I was somewhat let down.
