easier said than done. imo trying to copy durr will get you in trouble. The way he played 8 6o against AK works for him but will usually get you into trouble. Durr relies on building a reputation, something which you can't do unless you play the big stakes. Durr scares other players with his unpredictability. He knows how to play hands sensibly and well but because every now and then he does something insane this is what he is remembered for. Without risking the huge pots he does you will come across as the aggressive fish of the table.
