It all depends on the reads you have on your opponents on the table. If you put them on a really short range of starting hands then AK is definitely a fold preflop in this situation. If they are loose-aggressive then it's simply re-raise all-in to isolate this player.

You can be on a coin flip, or against KK where you are almost dead, AA where only a true miracle can save you. You can also catch another AK and probably will split the pot which is EV- due to the rake.

easy fold, unless you have KK or AA vs a tight player i think its a really easy laydown. hopefully im not telling crepes but im quite sure you can fold there

So this person has gone all in 7 dollars for just the blinds. This is a ridiculous play with any two cards but you have to give him respect for being a tight player. You do not want to get involved in a coin flip because then your relying completely on luck. A coin flip though would be good compared to complete domination. You got lucky that they both had the same pair and you had over cards. With the re-raise all in that was the best shape you could hope for. You should of folded and waited for another opportunity.

I think i would go all in. AK is very good but not that strong at pre flop and, if we think in going, we should show some strength. But, like others said, if you were the only big stacked, perhaps go out and try to enter with a smaller stack or, if you could only win with that amount (if you win all that at ring and you want to continue, you ve got to enter with everything) perhaps the best thing is to play another format, like Sng.
