the other question i have about the trackers and calcs is like this... i think of all the times that someone beat me on cards i would have folded and i wondered how the hell he did it. starting to think he was using one of the above. moraly i dont think i can do it if its cheating. but my bank roll says plz do it for me. im confused now. well is it cheating???

i dont belive its cheatin but it just shows you how others need the edge to get it on with those of us who fly solo...lol if you dont use them are you at a disadvantage?? i belive not

The trick is to use the date those trackers give you. What does say 20% in one spot really mean? And that is not somethings those programms can do for you. You have to think yourself
No I don't think. For sure they can help you, most of all if you play low lomits ( like me, of course ) when strategy is not so important as higher limits
The info those programmes give is only information that either you should know already ( odds calculator ) or can gain access to quite easily ( tracking software ) with a bit of digging.
Whether the information so be so readily available to the public is a different matter altogether.

All the Poker sites Know about them and allow them.
Trackers are part of the game now and you're at a disadvantage without one.
Don't be fooled into thinking you'll instantly be a great player with one.
Interestingly most of the very high limit players don't bother with one and there are many good players that also have limited use for one, but for multi tabling the low to mid stakes they are essential. Particularly cash games.

That's not cheating. There are free available poker odd calcs in the net. You just have to search for one that fits your interests. A good maths guy can have a better "feeling" about opponents hand than someone who can sum 2 and 2, and he is not cheating. I have friends who count cards, who always consider odds, and that fold every hand with less than 15% of winning probabilities. I play other way and i don't always loose. Calcs are a way to be more conscious of the power of your hand!

They just show you stats about the other players. If you don't know how to use it you get no advantage. They are as usefull as posting notes on oponents, you should use both.
Even calculators can not be cheating if they just calculate.
Play advisors or bots, that yes, is big dirty cheating.
That's not cheating. That's an advantage some players have... the ones that use this kind of software. I didn't use it before but now I'm implementing it on all PCs.
They aint cheating and clicking reply on this thread just made me fold ako but nvm they just gathering statistics you could gather yourself if u was very talented

There is way too many players online and u play against different ppl all the time. With these programs u can pick up paterns and stuff that u wouldn't b able to do just with ur brain. In real liofe poker u pick up paterns bluffs ect. off of ppl. But online u have 100000ppl playing so u can't fit evry1's pattern in ur brain.

I don't know if it's cheating but I don't agree with this sort of stuff anyway. I think it does give some people an unfair advantage and I think it takes away from the skill and fun of the game if everyone uses them.
