Well at last a subject that fits almost all of us. For starting with if you think you have a medical condition I believe the right answer is - seek help. Insomnia is very common and often recognized as everyday problem in no need to get taken seriously. I say otherwise, it can lead to depression, social avoidance and other problems that just bloom out and make your life miserable. If you think it might be just an faze then take a long walk, read a book and try to enjoy your days with making new friends and stuff like that. Trust me - you don't want to get used to 4 hour sleep at un-even times. Most importantly - be true to your self and listen to what your body is telling you.
P:s No - I am not a med-student nor a junkie.. I see insomnia as a problem

Or just avoid your computer (and poker and all things that can make you nervous...) at least two hours before sleep. It can help. Some "tea" (its not really tea, but i dont know how to say "tisane" in english ) helps to sleep... Relaxation, by stretching, breathing and meditation helps too... Hygien and sane life helps too...
