I love to play poker but i love to win just as much so when i play i need the buzz of winning just as much as the cash... But my overall win rate is not very high so i decided to look back through all my notes and tracker to see where i may be going wrong, this took some time! I saw that i would win early on in my sessions then start loosing, this was due to me either going on tilt or getting to loose and playing badly (drunk or tired) SO I thought i'd try and just play the first game of the evening and then come off Night 1 played $55+5 SnG 9 seater and won $240 odd (come 1st) Night 2 played $55+5 SnG 9 seater and won $140 odd (come 2nd) Night 3 played $55+5 SnG 9 seater and won $99 (come 3rd) so my bankroll has grown by over $300 in three days witch is very good for me I will keep playing like this untill i can hold the same level of consentration for longer and then build up to 4/5 games in a session.

you have enough cash to play 55$ sngs? i mean i would allways advise you to have a stack of 30-40 buyins. and, 1 sng per night is not very much, is it? better post some graphs or statistics.

I play on FullTilt. If i dont finish in the money i dont play again till the next day. I work shifts so getting to the P.C. every night is impossible so i only play every 3 days or so.
