I received the 10 + 20 euro offer at Virgin. Accrued the 60 vpoints on Thursday morning and immediately contacted support to see when my 20 euro would be credited. The guy I talked to that time said the guy who is in charge of that stuff would look at accounts that were eligible and probably credit my acct that day. So I wait.
Check yesterday morning and still not credited so I contact support again. This time the support agent seems much more knowledgeable, says she can see that my acct is eligible and sends an email to this person who is in charge of crediting bonuses to accts and that it should be done during the day. So I wait.
Check today and still nothing. Contact supprt again. "Have you contacted BRM about this?" AAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is alot I like about Virgin, but there is a whole lot that really, really sucks too.
Anyway, I am now contacting BRM about this too. Can you help me to receive my extra 20 euro? I don't feel any huge desire to continue playing on the site until I know that things like this will be worked out.

That sucks, I had a problem with them, the support was great but thats were it ended afther giving them all my details twice (by that i mean for some reason you have to input all details twice)(had to do the twice thing twice??) yet they tell me i didnt?? So I gave up. But your problem sounds like it is at there end so I guess bankrollmob cant help, just get back on to support, but be nice.
