I recieved a ndb from the boss a couple of days ago and was going through the action poker site. im confused by the pearls, rubys etc. is there somewhere i can read about them? how to obtain them? or if you know id appreciate a quick run through. thanks

the pearls rubies and all are for tournament buy ins as far as i know. try to register for the 2000$ brmtourney, you will see that you need black pearls or sth like that. its just their own system.
Hopefully im not wrong but i think i remember quite good, we had questions like this few times.

Just to explain - basically the different currencies are used to enter special tournaments on Action Poker - i.e. the Bank Roll Mob $2000 that starts next week has a buyin of 1000 Black Pearls - these can be obtained when you make a deposit and use the bonus code BRM2K. Rubies can be used for the Newbie Tournament - $500 freeroll on the site, you need to use the code NEWBIE00 when making any deposit and you get the currency to enter that tournament.
