It makes Jennifer Tillys mistake of checking down the full house seem positively sensible.

How the hell can you fold that ?

He folded so quickly that he could not have realized that he had 4s full. So he must have misread his hand.

I think he miss-read his card, maybe he though he hold A4, and look at his face after the folding - I think he noticed his mistake after that

this poor guy looks extremely nervous to me. mistakes happen when you are nervous. im sure he was quite angry with himself afterwards, when he watched the hand on tv. Blink

OMG! I Cant believe it! It is really a ridiculous fold! lol. The checks in the flop were ridiculous, but then the fold of gary patterson was incomprehensible! As it was said here that hand of Jennifer Tilly compared with this is a master hand! lol

i think he misread the board. the 4 of diamonds may have appeared to be a 23 or 5.

It is possible to fold the worst full house, as the best was pot sized, but i do not think he would fold in this spot if he knew had fours full.
