Are there any no deposit bonuses that are open to US players?

I am not from US but I have a cousin who is and just wondering if he is eligible for anything due to where he lives.

The new "Players Only" offer is for US players. Apart from that there is not much left, thanks to the US laws on gambling.

in 2006 when i started to play internet poker then all nodeposit buses were players from europe and usa, but because in usa has got stupid laws now allmost every nodeposit bonus is only for europe
