At a cash table with a SSS if you start folding in this spot you will be losing money.
If he has you beat give him your stack and be happy about it, cause long term it's a very profitable play, so don't start trying to second guess yourself.
Making big folds like this is fine for torneys but not for cash games.

if he raise a half of the pot he must be have good starting cards too.it can be AA KK QQ AK ,in short stack strategy we always raise with that premium card so i think here it's just unlucky.. it's hard to lay down QQ

If you play SSS i think is correct to push all in with QQ,because you already comitted a big procentage of your short stack(I supose that you raised preflop) and you have the correct odds to push
